Helvetireader is a userscript that gives you a ’stripped to the basics’ minimalistic look for Google Reader and has been primarily designed for those of us who read feeds in the extended view and use keyboard shortcuts.
It works with Firefox with Greasemonkey, Opera, Google Chrome (Nightly Build only) or any Webkit browser (Safari, Omniweb etc.) [...]
I love Twitter but, as with most things, there’s always room for improvement.
If you use Firefox you can use a add-on called Greasemonkey to customize just about any site using scripts. One of the things I like about Greasemonkey scripts is you can install them and try them out without restarting Firefox.

Like all bloggers I love comments (well the non-spammy ones anyway) and I’d like to encourage visitors to leave more of them. To that end I’ve been spending the day making El Struthio’s Stuff ‘Link Love Friendly’. Here’s what I’ve done:
Added the CommentLuv Wordpress plugin – When you leave a comment, CommentLuv queries your web [...]
As quickly as it appeared Google SearchWiki has disappeared.
There’s nothing on the official Google Blog to throw any light on what has happened to it.
There’s a few possibilities here:
Google have quietly euthanised it because people didn’t like it as much as they thought they would.
It was an experiment and now Google are busy analysing [...]

You can move sites to the top of the results, add comments, add sites and remove sites you don’t want to see. Any changes you make are only viewable when you’re logged into your Google account and do not [...]
